Extended Stay America Suites- Baltimore - Glen Burnie

This place is a last resort for a night of u get a decent room. Checked in and there was a tip envelope but the towels were dirty and the shower curtain was pissy and there was a large pee stain on the mattress protector which tells me all the housekeeper did was leave that envelope. We were here for a while living with knats and when told to the manager he responded that there were knats in all the rooms. Mold mold mold is all in the bathroom and on ac vents. The manager is the skinny middle eastern guy who was rude from our first encounter, he is rude when asked for towels, he's just always bothered. This guy disrespects woman and will kick you out first hand. The woman receptionist were nice but only the black girl understands English so getting sheets are a language barrier unless she is there. The location is convenient.

Wow, I seriously don’t understand why many of these negative comments are here. I just finished a 3 week stay there and everyone was super nice….Nadia, Ahkmed(?), and the smiley woman with the hijab on her head…THEY WERE SO NICE! The rooms weren’t 5 star but they were clean, and the price was good…..and not 1 pest of any kind. I always look for that. Much of these comments are just outright lies, maybe from the nearby competition. Myself, I am def coming back again next year.

I have been here for 2 years and everyone is very kind. My only complaint would be the shower bench in my handicapped accessible shower. I am an amputee and the shower bench leans forward and I do not feel safe while taking a shower.

My stay was truly enjoyable, thanks to the attentive and courteous staff. A huge thank you to Miss Karima for her kindness and dedication! She did an excellent job with great care and warmth. Her friendliness and commitment truly make a difference. Compliments and thanks again!

Karima has gone above and beyond helping with my husband. There are days I'm not sure if I could get through the day without the support of the staff but especially Karima. She has been wonderful in helping to accommodate the medical needs of my husband.

Very friendly staff, spacious parking, location is convenient with the multiple shopping centers all around you ranging anywhere from groceries to kids toys and fashion stores. The highway is next exit up from here as well. The rooms are very clean and reasonably priced.

I like it here for sure. It's so convenient having Walmart right arounlden tǰhe corner. Plus, you're right in the heart of Glen Burnie so you are near so many restaurants and shopping plazas. There are 2 exits less than a mile away to route 10 to 695. Also, you're right near 895. The employees and managers are awesome! They are very kind and helpful. The only downside is that we've had to get new cards at least 3 times per week to unlock the side doors and our room. I recommend Extended Stay America
